               OUT OF TOWN DELIVERY FEE $6.00 WITH $50.00 MIN. PURCHASE.

    We ship our packages via different carriers depending on the
    best rate for the customer.
                                   Freight quotes available upon request.

    the north delivery and 11 am for out of town delivery, typically ship the
    same day.

                            Shipping Damages:

                         PLEASE INSPECT all merchandise UPON RECEIPT.
    In the unlikely event you have breakage or problems with your shipment,
    call us within 24 hours of receipt of your order and we will process your
    credit when we receive the damaged product in original packaging is
    returned. This also allows us to get credit from our growers.

    Valley Floral Distributors may, from time to time,

Ordering

    If your new to ordering flowers, we request the proper State Tax    permits in
    order to purchase. We have available a weekly wholesale price lists.

    Prebooking
    To ensure that you receive the highest quality of flowers from our  
    floral/greenery farms, we urge you to place your floral,
    holiday and wedding orders as ASAP!

    ***ASK YOUR SALES REP ABOUT THE ( BOX LOT PREBOOK   
    PROGRAM ) ***

    Prices are very competitive with ordering direct. Box Lots saves you  money.


    All standing orders are quoted on a fixed year to year basis. Three    
    cancellations are allowed through the year, however anymore than
    three may result in the termination of the standing order.

    ***No matter when standing orders are established the prices are   
    subject to renew October 31st of each year to adjust to unseen
    market conditions, fuel surcharges and other pricing factors.

    *** Market Priced/Seasonal Standing orders can be established where the
    product is taken on a weekly basis and is priced according to the
    market conditions of that week (sometimes higher and sometimes lower
    than fixed standing orders prices)  also this standing can be canceled mid-
    year, however a weeks notice is preferred.

River Valley Floral - New Customer Documents

 Hello New Customer.

    Thank you for thinking of us for your floral needs.  

    I am including the required information to establish a new account.  
    This   includes a resale certificate affidavit and a credit card
    authorization form.  It is our policy for new customer accounts that the
    first order must be secured with a credit card prior to shipping.  Please
    note that new customers have a minimum of 120 days waiting period
    before a charge account can be established, with approved credit.  
    Please return the forms and a copy of your driver’s license and your
    State Sales Tax Permit via fax or mail prior to your first order.  

    You will be assigned a salesperson, if you have questions we will be
    glad to assist.  If you have any questions regarding your account please
    contact me or Lisa at 800-264-1199.
